Red Frog Beach has gorgeous turquoise blue waters (with small waves to keep it fun). You can swim in the water unless there’s a big swell, in which case getting in the water is not recommended. To be sure, once you’re there you can ask someone if it’s safe to swim or not.
There are restaurants and bars at Red Frog in case you feel like grabbing a bite or a drink.
